What's covered by your guarantee?

Should you ever discover a bug or a malfunction in the software we will gladly fix it immediately without charge. 

What's not covered by our guarantee?

Except for circumstances beyond our control we fully guarantee our programming for the life of your web application.

What's beyond our control?

1. Future releases of web browsers. We adhere to the world wide web standards of web development. Unfortunately we don't have a crystal ball and any future browsers releases that diverge from the world wide web standards are not covered by our guarantee.

2. Code snippets. Our content management software (Nautilus) has been designed to allow you to add code snippets. We cannot guarantee Nautilus when code snippets have been added to a page.

3. Pasting from MS Word. Nautilus has a dedicated button for pasting content from Word. You must use this button at all times when pasting from Word. If you do not use this button hidden Word "tags" can be transmitted to Nautilus and in occasional situations can result in unpredictable behaviours. We do not guarantee Nautilus under these circumstances.

4. Pasting from other websites. Pasting from other websites can transmit hidden HTML tags and code snippets. We do not guarantee Nautilus when content has been pasted from other websites.

 

5. FTP access. We will gladly give you FTP access to your website if you ask. This enables you to make changes to the website and file structure. We cannot guarantee other peoples work.

 

For anything not covered by our guarantee we will work with you to identify the issue and fix the problem. Our current hourly rate will apply.
