Once you've got your website up and running, what do you put up to keep
clients and prospects coming back for more? Your success stories! People
love to know they've picked a dynamic and successful company to deal with.
Highlighting your successes on your website, or using an e-newsletter, is
a way of keeping your corporate CV up-to-date and your company name in the
front of your clients' minds.
Here are five ways to celebrate your successes and sell yourself to
clients
- Welcome new clients, help them develop a sense of loyalty to you and
give them a bit of free publicity to boost their goodwill.
- Celebrate reaching a growth target - in percentage terms, how much
has your turnover or client base grown!
- Celebrate a deal that's gone well - with suppliers or clients - and
use it to do some cross-selling.
- Welcome new staff, and graciously farewell the ones who leave.
- Give yourself and your staff credit for being the ones who made
things happen. Even the everyday things you take for granted may reveal
themselves as worth celebrating when you do.
