Hot topic at the moment is email newsletters and we have had a lot of interest in ours. For anyone considering creating new opportunities via an email newsletter in the future, my number 1 tip is to collect email addresses. 

I certainly know how to use the technology but I am in the same boat as everyone else when it comes to running my business. We get lots of enquiries from our Google listings - we're Wellington's number 1 web designer, as ranked by Google - and I consider it extremely important to track where our enquiries are coming from. I forgot to do that last month and blew $500 on Google with the wrong advertising. Remember - to accurately measure your investment in your website you need to ask every new lead 'How did you find us' - and you need to write it down somewhere too!
