 Our development team have configured our server to best serve the requirements of our clients and the software we develop for you. We outsource the management of the physical environment to New Zealand company, ICONZ Ltd.

Friendly, knowledgeable support is provided by our team here in Petone. We don't have a call centre - the people answering your call are the tech team AND the support team. Our team can talk you through website updates, adding photos or what your web stats mean. If you muck-up your updates then call us and we'll fix things for you.

Internet connectivity is high-speed connectivity provided by multiple fibre-optic upstream links. Response time (speed) is measured as - Target destination – google.com; maximum response time – 250ms.

Powered by reliable, parallel Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units and backed up by private diesel generators, the datacentre is fully equipped to cope with even the most severe of black outs or power failures.

Our monitoring service monitors our servers every 5 minutes, 24 hours a day and sends text notifications to the Spiral team if it experiences any problems.

The datacentre is monitored with state of the art video surveillance and intrusion alarm systems to ensure your data and all hardware are completely secure.
